Hebei Tangu Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Shijiazhuang, Hebei. Established in 2020, it covers an area of 22,000 square meters and is a high-tech state-owned enterprise specializing in the research, design, production, sales, and service of high-performance carbon fibers and carbon fiber products.

The company owns the country's first specialized pre-oxidized fiber production line, high-end intelligent carbon fiber warp knitting machines, prepreg and carbon-carbon preform production lines, high-precision carbon fiber products, automotive rail transit, drones, military, medical, and carbon-carbon product production lines. Its main products include pre-oxidized fibers, carbon fiber fabrics, carbon fiber prepregs, carbon-carbon preforms, and carbon fiber composite products.

Led by Hebei Tanggu Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd., and jointly established by Beijing University of Chemical Technology, China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, Jilin Fubo Research Institute, and others, the Hebei Carbon Materials Industry Technology Research Institute was approved for construction by the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2020. The institute consists of a strong core R&D team of 5 PhDs and 11 masters, guided by an expert advisory committee composed of well-known domestic experts in the field of carbon fiber research. It collaborates with many renowned universities and enterprises and possesses a first-class R&D center, technological development team, and a comprehensive testing system.
