1. Brief Introduction
Carbon fiber laminates are sheets manufactured by stacking carbon fiber fabric prepregs and unidirectional fiber prepregs, followed by shaping and curing under a hot-pressing process. The hot-pressing process can use a hot press or an autoclave. Generally, small-sized sheets are formed using a hot press, while large-sized sheets are formed using an autoclave.
For small-sized sheets (below 1000×1000mm), the surface gloss can be changed through a surface film application process to achieve a specific appearance.
For large-sized sheets (above 1000×1000mm), due to the influence of process factors such as fabric splicing, mold joints, and auxiliary material joints during the manufacturing process, they cannot directly achieve the desired surface effect and require subsequent spraying.
2. Performance Characteristics
Dimensions : Length not exceeding 7000mm, width not exceeding 2200mm. Thickness is subject to user requirements.
Standard boards can be provided : 1000×2000mm
Surface condition : Depending on user requirements, 3K woven fabric or warp-knitted fabric can be used.
Heat resistance requirements : The resin system is selected according to user requirements, with a conventional supply Tg of 140℃.
Other properties : If the customer has requirements for flexibility, anti-collision, or special processing, different prepregs can be selected for manufacturing according to user requirements, including unidirectional prepregs, woven fabric prepregs, and warp-knitted fabric prepregs.
High-precision boards : High-precision thickness boards with a length not exceeding 4000mm and a width not exceeding 2000mm can be provided. The surface is processed by grinding, and the thickness accuracy can reach 0.01mm/1000mm.
